Welcome to the Barony of Atenveldt!

Welcome to the Barony of Atenveldt! We are a local branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism (S.C.A.) covering the central Phoenix area. If you are outside this area you may want to visit our sister Baronies. To the west is the Barony of Sundragon and to the east is the Barony of Twin Moons.

The SCA is an international organization dedicated to researching and re-creating the arts and skills of pre-17th-century Europe. Our "Known World" consists of 19 kingdoms, with over 30,000 members residing in countries around the world. Members, dressed in clothing of the Middle Ages and Renaissance, attend events which feature tournaments, royal courts, feasts, dancing, various classes & workshops, and more.

A free event? Yes indeed! Click the link to read about the Silent Angels event this Saturday! Bring everyone you know, with no site fee there isn't an excuse not to come! Then on Sunday at South Mountain Park, Kingdom War Practice! And if you call the Barony of Atenveldt home, help decide your new Baron and Baroness by casting your vote as well!
